Technical Specifications

The Appointment will only accept digitised documents with font and image information fully embedded.

Our preferred artwork format is a high resolution pdf. PDFs should be generated using the PPA's pass4press job options.

We will also accept high resolution JPEGs or Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) files.

All files must be set for CMYK breakdown.

In-house Production:

The Appointment can, given sufficient notice, produce adverts on behalf of magazine clients. This work will be charged at £150 per hour.

Banner, logo or MPU files should be under 90kb in size and should be emailed to production@theappointment.co.uk
