McDonald’s to create 2,500 jobs

McDonald's has said that it plans to create at least 2,500 new UK jobs this year, with over half of the new posts to go to young people and around 30% to first-time workers.

New Apprenticeship programme for De Vere Academy

The De Vere Academy of Hospitality has launched a new Apprenticeship programme that will offer high-quality opportunities to young people wishing to work in the service sector in the UK. The move follows consultation with the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) to redesign the academy's Apprenticeship programme so that it fits with the new Apprenticeship standards.
