Jaeger steps up loyalty scheme

UK fashion retailer Jaeger has increased the value of its loyalty scheme, meaning that customers will now be able to earn around 13 points per £1.

Jaeger, which launched its scheme with retail loyalty specialist Ikano Financial Services in 2008, has opted to focus more on its product proposition, and says that its loyalty scheme is key to this strategy.

"Recognising our customers' loyalty is central to our business strategy and by incentivising them to shop more, we are capitalising on our objective of rewarding their loyalty," explains Carolyn Springett, managing director at Jaeger.

"Our increase in voucher thresholds is just another way that we are enhancing our customer loyalty programme to further improve their shopping experience at Jaeger."

This latest investment in Jaeger's loyalty scheme follows Jaeger and Ikano being shortlisted twice with the scheme at this year's Loyalty Awards, in retail and CRM loyalty programme of the year categories.
