Hospitality charity Springboard has announced the shortlist for its Awards for Excellence 2012. Now in their 10th year, the Springboard Awards for Excellence will take place on October 18th at Novotel London West. They are designed to celebrate and reward those who work to elevate the profile of the hospitality industry as an employer and attract and retain talent.

The shortlist for the awards includes Ten out of Ten, Whitbread and Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons for Best Recruitment Initiative. Meanwhile, the Intercontinental Park Lane, Red Carnation hotels, Yo Sushi and Compass Group are all nominated for the Best Career Progression Award.
