Technical Specifications The Appointment will only accept digitised documents with font and image information fully embedded (such as EPS or FNT files). All files must be set for CMYK breakdown. Quark documents supplied with loose font and image folders cannot be accepted. You may also supply your artwork as a high resolution pdf. The Appointment will only accept PDFs that have been generated using the PPA’s pass4press job options. Please call us if you require further guidance. You can send your artwork by: a. ISDN or ADS to: 020 8348 9057. b. Disk including CDs or Zips. c. Files 5 megabytes or smaller in size may be emailed to the production address below: production@theappointment.co.uk Production: The Appointment will charge £65 per hour for any additional production time incurred. ALL ARTWORK MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PROOF VIA FAX OR EMAIL Embedded artwork can be accepted in the following Macintosh applications: Photoshop™ – version 8 (CS) or earlier Illustrator™ – version 11 (CS) or earlier – with all fonts outlined Trim size: 297 x 210 (A4) Bleed size: Add 3mm each outside edge Screen: 150 (imperial)
